    Job Overview

    At Beech Brook, one of Northeast Ohio's premier mental health agencies, we are seeking licensed-level therapists to join our School-Based Behavioral Health Program. This program aims to provide support to at-risk children in schools, homes, and neighborhoods.

    Main Responsibilities

    • Lead an interdisciplinary team to assess treatment needs across multiple schools and coordinate care.
    • Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to determine the appropriate level of treatment.
    • Develop client-focused treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
    • Provide therapy and other behavioral health services to at-risk children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses.
    • Triage and coordinate the mental health needs of clients and schools.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a relevant field.
    • License as an LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or similar.
    • Demonstrated passion for working with at-risk youth and families, valuing diversity and inclusion.
    • Ability to learn and use computer software applications.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
