    Job Title: Class Action Litigation Paralegal

    Spruce Mountain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Class Action Litigation Paralegal to support our team in handling complex litigation matters.

    This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned paralegal with experience in Class Action law and litigation support to join our remote-friendly work environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist attorneys in all stages of litigation matters, including research, e-filing, and case management.
    • Conduct research and analyze information to support attorney-prepared cases.
    • Interact with clients and manage legal documents to ensure accurate and timely communication.

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of experience as a Litigation Class Action or Mass Tort Paralegal (Worker's Comp experience a plus).
    • Trial experience is preferred, but not required.
    • Familiarity with federal court proceedings and Colorado civil rules and federal laws.
    • E-file experience and ability to handle large case loads.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Medical records- medical chronology experience (for PI-specific roles).
    • Knowledge of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure (CRCP).
