- Process all retail sales orders from end-to-end including order receipt fulfillment final delivery
- Manage all deliveries Sephora US Canada Track any retail delivery exceptions/chargebacks investigate all claims Review manage inventory domestic 3PLs working Retail Demand Planning teams ensure optimal inventory meet sales targets retail channels Liaise our on all retail channel fulfillment needs Manage GST tax processes deliveries into Canada Maintain update product catalog several platforms internal ERP order management system retailer portals Analyze forecasts actuals inventory coverage monthly Assist fulfillment channels DTC Amazon Tik Tok needed Support global logistics supply chain assisting logistics manager international shipments air ocean etc needed h2>Qualifications Requirements
