     Role Overview 



    • The United States Postal Service is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Rural Carrier.

    • This role involves delivering and collecting packages along designated suburban and rural routes, often using your personal vehicle.

    • You will be working on weekends and holidays, with the potential for up to seven days of parcel delivery service per week.



    The primary responsibilities include:
    1. Customer Assistance: Address mail-related questions and issues from customers.  Respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.  Ensure that all interactions are courteous, helpful, and respectful.  Resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner. \
