    Ecommerce Manager is a fast-paced, middle & bottom-of-the-marketing conversion funnel-focused digital marketing role.

    The path to success is to understand the motivations and needs of B2B online shoppers and how these applies to the key CRL customer segments in the building materials industry.

    Ecommerce Manager is part of the Digital Marketing Team, working in close partnership with the CRL Brand and Product Marketing, OBE IT, Sales and Operations Teams, and external SI Partners and performing an important orchestration role tasked with initiating, executing, and optimizing projects and activities focused on delivering superior online shopping experience and the CRL business growth.

    RESPONSIBILITIESProven track record thinking strategically, while also managing day-to-day executions, tracking timelines, and measuring KPIsWork closely with cross-functional partners using customer insights, market data, and business performance to create a differentiated digital customer experience that showcases CRL as a mission-driven brand in Architectural Hardware industryIdeate, define, and drive opportunities and strategies for optimal customer experiences and business growth for Specifier and Purchaser journeysManage websites related merchandising and SEO strategies to ensure accurate and optimal product exposure and presentation on the website and on earned media via SEO and syndicationSupport all merchandising related processes, completeness and accuracy of product catalog and product taxonomyMaximize website conversions and average order size through optimizing onsite search, product merchandising and product recommendation strategiesEnsure timely and accurate implementation of website content and promotions across North America, Europe, and Australia.

    Identify business opportunities and risks through analyzing and communicating sales performanceContinue to learn about the building materials industry, the CRL business, to better understand offered products and services in order to build effective keyword/campaign and email automation strategies.

    Track industry trends and benchmark competitors to help inform digital marketing strategiesQUALIFICATIONS5-7-year degree; advanced degree a plusOpen and accessible management style, with the ability to consistently achieve positive results and collaborate across the teamExtensive experience as an e-commerce manager.

    Demonstrable track record of devising sales-enhancing strategies.
