- Requires Board Certification or new grad ready to sit for boards, NC license, DEA and some call and delivery experience
- Will be working with a group that has 6 physicians and 6 midwives
- 24-hour call is needed for Saturdays and Sundays
- Privileges are needed at the local hospital which is about 500 yards from the office
- 150 beds, Level 2 ICN, new surgical suite and ED
- They average about 3 deliveries per day and usually 1 or 2 ER calls.
- The midwife makes rounds and takes patient phone calls
- 20% C-sections
- Davinci robot used by 3 of the physicians
- Start is based on time for privileges and they are looking for a 3-month commitment, with possibility for extension
