    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Field Support Lead III to join our team in the Lancaster, CA

    Description:

    • The Field Support Lead III directs interactions to solve customer issues and conducts various forms of field support to meet mission requirements
    They lead the Field Maintenance Support (FMS) of IT infrastructure and software, including planning, supervising, and approving workmanship of site surveys, installations, removals, technical and operations support, system failure investigations, and system design and performance evaluations
    They coordinate and monitor the logistics and distribution of equipment to ensure timely delivery and proper chain of custody
    They work directly with Government personnel and other contractors, have extensive knowledge of computer software and hardware, and possess excellent people and mechanical skills
    They provide a master level of IT technical support and service work
    The Field Support Lead III troubleshoots and provides support to customers and onsite crews
    They supervise Field Support staff installation, modification, cleaning, and repair of computer hardware and software
    They supervise and perform site inspections to determine compliance with plans and specifications, maintain accurate service logs, submit change requests, and track progress in ServiceNow
    They coordinate, track, and approve the training for other Field Technicians
    In addition, they lead quality assurance, process improvements, and compliance with workmanship standards of subordinate Field Technicians
    This position may require 30% to 50% domestic and international Travel
    The Field Support Lead III is a senior role overseeing all aspects of support of fielded IT infrastructure, hardware, and software
    The Field Support Lead III supervises, and mentors subordinate project and Team ManTech staff

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree with nine (9) years of experience
    (Can be substituted for a HS diploma with 13 years of experience or an Associate's degree with 11 years of experience.)

    • 5 years of experience as a Field Engineer or similar role.
    • 3 or more years leading Field Service Teams.
    • Able to meet OCONUS deployment requirements

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Masters degree or higher in computer engineering, computer science, or related discipline

    Clearance Requirements:

    • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance is required prior to starting this position.
    • Must be a US Citizen

    Physical Requirements:

    • The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
    Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations
    The projected compensation range for this position is $100,800-$167,700
    There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories
