    Description

    A hospitality company is seeking a Labor Cost Analyst to identify trends in labor costs, make staffing recommendations and accurately report data using ADP Workforce Now.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform data mining from ADP Workforce Now to determine reporting data in order to analyze how labor is working on each team
    • Assist in re-mapping GL to tie out to proper department codes
    • Analyze and identify all cost trends associated with staffing including missed meals, over-time, double-time
    • Diagnose labor cost problems and make recommendations
    • Conduct real time re-forecasting to make necessary adjustments in staffing plans to better achieve service level goals/business objectives
    • Implement relevant findings into long-term forecasting models
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • Proficient in Macros
    • Prior Experience in Cost Analyst or similar role
    • Hospitality industry is a plus

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;

    With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.
