Qualifications

• Experienced with a variety of the building and power systems' concepts, practices, and procedures necessary

• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

• The successful candidate will have ten or more years of experience in electrical designs of healthcare, medical office building, commercial, municipal, federal, state, and/or office buildings

• RCDD is a bonus

• Computer skills: Revit, AutoCAD, and MS

• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus

• As Federal contractors, U.S. citizenship is required, and background checks will be performed

Responsibilities

• They will assist in the production of detailed schematics, evaluate the feasibility of design ideas, and present designs and reports to clients or design committee for review

• The position requires extensive knowledge of electrical equipment and local building codes
