    Join our team at Photobooth Supply Co to identify, architect, and market photo booth hardware and software that will create thousands of entrepreneurial opportunities and capture millions of memories worldwide.

    Goals

    Increase ARR by 100% in 2024 by increasing NRR, GRR, and ARPU

    Compensation Range

    $80,000 - $130,000 USD

    Acts

    • Obsess over customers. Drive market research, user research, data analysis, and user testing to create a product roadmap that increases MRR, ARPU, and NPS year over year.
    • Communicate with stakeholders, engineers, and customers to present and prioritize new software features and photo booth hardware concepts via a PRFAQ.
    • Author user stories with clear and concise acceptance criteria that you will be testing to ensure the product matches your vision.
    • Groom the product backlog, and shift priorities based on customer and stakeholder needs.
    • Partner with engineering to drive the product roadmap. Advocate for small iterative release cycles to deploy quickly, test, and learn.
    • Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to create go-to marketing strategies.
    • Educate our Success and Experience teams on how to properly support our product.
    • Define success and measurable outcomes for our products.
    • Driving agile ceremonies, including planning, grooming, demos, and retrospectives.

    Requirements

    • Experience product managing software products. Hardware is a bonus
    • Proven track record of shipping software and hardware in an agile team.
    • Experience developing product roadmaps and investment recommendations.
    • A proven track record of success delivering data-driven solutions with a customer-first mindset.
    • Excellent relationship-building capacity and ability to influence at all levels across the organization.
    • Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to quickly assimilate knowledge about new industry sectors and technologies.
