- Propose, develop, recruit and conduct substance abuse, rehabilitation and treatment groups.
- Provide skills training and assistance in areas of daily living activities including basic living and interactive skills, providing "in vivo" skills training, side by side assistance, vocational and pre-vocational support to clients to include identifying interests and strengths and goals, and development of individualized placements. Provide education and support with identifying community resources including appropriate mental health, addiction and medical services, and accessing services of choice.

Description
Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) is an evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment program designed to assist adults overcome the barriers to their recovery from severe and persistent behavioral health disorders.
The program operates with a strength-based and person-centered approach and is targeted to individuals with severe behavioral health disorders who exhibit continuous high service needs, who have experienced multiple inpatient psychiatric hospitalizations, and who have been unable to benefit from more traditional outpatient behavioral healthcare.

*Provide individual and group therapy and psychoeducation in office and community settings.* coordinate admissions to structured and safe environments such as hospitals, crisis stabilization beds, respite or detox units as indicated.
*Clinical Master's degree required with post master experience preferred in treatment of adults and/or families. Ability to assess progress and encourage positive change, taking into account cultural and clinical considerations; demonstrated proficiency in substance abuse/mental health treatment reflecting current treatment models and ability to seek out guidance and information to formulate and implement relevant treatment interventions when necessary. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, and computer competency. Must be able to work independently as well in a team environment, and follow through with projects. Computer proficiency required including ability to work with email, electronic health record and word processing software.
