    DATA CENTER PROJECT MANAGER

    A leading general contractor specializing in Data Center projects is seeking a Project Manager to lead large-scale builds for multiple national repeat clients. The ideal Project Manager candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in this highly technical realm.     Project Manager Duties & Responsibilities:

    Prepare and manage the project schedule

    Willing to travel anywhere in the United States

    Administering contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements and purchase order agreements

    Complete monthly project status reports, owner billings and financial risk assessments

    Ensure project safety, schedule, profitability and customer satisfaction

    Assist with preconstruction efforts

    Manage buy-out process

    Recognize constructability issues with project design

    Understand contract terms, budgets, insurances, bonds and change orders
