Job summary
WSH Management is currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for Mosaic on Mission Apartments.The Property Manager will play an active role in conducting interviews qualifying applicants for their new apartments and the overall operations of the community.
- Ensure efficient compliant professional management of all property functions this role requires a strong focus on leasing performance resident relations financial oversight regulatory compliance while fostering a positive living environment protecting the financial operational health of the community
- Maintain accurate records of all community transactions submit timely reports rent rolls delinquency reports move-ins/move-outs Daily review of the property Yardi dashboard Review all vacant available units ensure timely move-ins Prepare annual budgets income projections accurately on time Ensure rents late fees/check charges are collected posted deposited promptly Generate necessary legal actions/documents Landlord/Tenant Law Fair Housing Laws Company guidelines Provide constant vendor/contractor communications concerning scheduling billing vendor relations certificates insurance Ensure invoices accurately processed approval payment Corporate office manage petty cash funds.
