This role supports the sales organization by owning administrative processes to ensure that customers needs are met while gaining valuable sales experience that will provide career growth opportunities within our sales organization.

    What you'll do

    • Performs sales order processing, promotional requests, and sales quotes.
    • Report creation, data entry, email follow up, database management and order tracking
    • Manages routine sales calls within an established customer base to quote prices and place orders for product and services to ensure daily and quarterly sales goals are met
    • Answers customer questions on pricing, availability information on products, and any shipping or service issues related to placed orders
    • Handles issue resolution such as shipping / stock, promotional adjustments
    • Maintains daily transactional engagement with the customer and internal partners
    • Represents TD SYNNEX professionally in daily interface with business partners/customers
    • Meets attendance and punctuality standards

    What we're looking for

    • Use relevant computer system applications (which may include spreadsheets, word processors, databases, etc) at a basic level

    • Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information


    Required Experience and Education (Years & Type):

    • 2 year degree; or HS diploma/GED plus 1 years relevant experience


    Preferred Education/Experience:

    • Current affiliation within a sales organization/class preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree within a business or IT discipline preferred
