    Robinson is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to steer the quality vision for our North American Surface Transportation (NAST) Healthcare team.

    In this role, you will shape and implement corporate quality standards, actively contributing to our innovative quality management system.

    You'll play a pivotal part in setting process standards, and ensuring unwavering compliance with ISO, GDP, and other accrediting agencies.

    Reporting to Executive NAST leadership, you'll serve as the verticals quality leader, coaching and developing our network to meet established standards.

    Responsibilities:
    Represent C.H.

    Robinson for all matters of quality and standards with heavy focus on healthcare industry verticalsServe as the subject matter expert and escalation for customer engagement, resulting in the development and coordination of action plans from our customersLead internal and external Quality System audits, conduct branch-level internal audits and self-inspections, document non-conformances, and oversee investigations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and change managementUtilize statistical data to predict trends, enhancing overall product quality and system effectiveness through design and implementationDesign and implement root-cause analysis to identify necessary process improvements and corrective actions while coordinating quality improvement initiatives and preventive measuresUpdate and lead in-process inspection methods and standards through review of existing practices and review of generally accepted industry and internal standardsDevelop and implement disposition and rework standards, leading efforts to reduce the Cost of Quality and internal wasteEvaluate potential new business for feasibility and interface with supplier and customer quality representativesAssist branches with achieving and maintaining compliance with QMS standards (ISO 9001:2015) and GDP certificationSupport branch staff with GDP quality risk assessments, using Validaide system, and QMS SOP coaching to ensure compliance and quality standards at the branch levelContribute to the development of the QMS software platform by configuring templates, requiring no programming experienceMonitor Dashboards (Training Matrices, Approved Suppliers, etc.)

    within the QMS platform, to ensure continuing compliance within agreed parameters

    Required Qualifications:
    High School diploma or GEDMinimum 4 years of transportation or related industry experienceMinimum 2 years of experience supporting quality assurance/quality/auditing control effortsAbility to work flexible after hours and weekend work when applications are put into productionAbility to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    Logistics or global supply chain experienceBachelor's degree in business with emphasis on supply chain, logistics, quality or industrial engineering, or equivalent combination of education and related experienceValues a diverse and inclusive work environmentKnowledge of ISO 14001Lead Auditor TrainingStrong QA background with experience in identifying and reviewing test plans, test cases and testing resultsExperience of non-conformance/deviation/complaint handling, including root cause analysisISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor trainingExperience of using varied risk management tools, such as FMEAExperience working with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guidelinesProven track record in identifying and implementing automated testing tools and frameworksSolid track record for delivery of high-quality productsStrong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment and continuous integrationExperience in preparing quality metrics and effectively engaging with stakeholders to set and drive quality goalsExcellent test resource planning and test scheduling skillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile, deadline-driven environmentQuestioning if you meet the mark?
