Job Description

The Maitre'D is responsible for checking in and managing the seating of all guests. This includes reservations as well as walk-ins. The Maitre'D manages the reservation book and accepts walk-in guests to help maximize seating for each shift.

• Anticipates and accommodates all needs of the guest.
• Maintains the general cleanliness and orderliness of the entrance area and entire venue.
• Complies with Department of Health standards.
