- Bachelor's degree andthree (3) years of technical expertise with robotic process automation tools/technologies is expected.
- One (1) or more years of leadership experience is expected.
- Competence in architecting solutions using a combination of RPA and other technologies is expected.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs.
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

- UiPath Advanced Developer certification or equivalent is preferred.
- Advanced knowledge of robotic process automation development techniques and best practice including the use of API, database, and system integration.

**Remote Opportunity Available - NY, NJ or PA Residence Only**
Job Position Purpose/Summary: As an RPA Development Manager, you are primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of robotic process automation (RPA) workflows within Visions. You will oversee a team of RPA developers and ensure that they are productively moving work through the development pipeline. You will work closely with partners in IT who handle the operational side of the RPA software/cloud suite to drive new development functionality and troubleshoot issues impacting production automations. This is a working manager role in which you will keep your RPA development skills sharp by taking on limited development opportunities and adjacencies to ensure that you are able to dialogue with your team on a highly technical level and truly understand their needs.
