We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our company.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, workers' compensation, and affirmative action planning.
- Proficiency with the ADP payroll management system and experience with benefits administration.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR) is advantageous.
