    Your Responsibilities

    1. You will supervise direct care for residents and nursing personnel during your assigned shift ensuring they receive proper care in a safe environment.
    2. Rounding twice daily is crucial as it enables us to monitor resident well-being closely throughout each day; any concerns are promptly addressed by updating physician orders appropriately so all parties remain informed about individualized plans designed just for them!

    Must have valid current license issued state Michigan; ideally over half year postgraduation from accredited program preferably some experience obtained different healthcare settings - cheerful enthusiasm proactive attitude necessary serving senior communities demonstrated reliability handling emergency situations important!
