RN- MS/Tele 5 East Shift : Nights / 7p-7a (12x3) 36 hours per week Length: 13 weeks Minimum of 4 weekend shifts in a 4-week period Requirements : OK License 2 years experience required in a hospital setting 1 full year of Epic Experience required within the last year Charting: EPIC – Experience required Electronic Documentation required BLS ACLS NIH preferred

Special Requirements:
Cardiac (need self-rating of 3 or above)

Basic dysrhythmia training preferred Other Details:
Locals Accepted 1 full year of Epic Experience REQUIRED within the last year

NOTE:
If your traveler does not have recent Epic experience within the last YEAR, they will be cancelled. This is a HARD requirement. CHARTING EXP MUST BE NOTED NEXT TO EACH ASSIGNMENT ON THE PROFILE to be submitted. NO EXCEPTIONS.
