The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering positive relationships with advertisers and internal teams, driving revenue growth, and ensuring seamless execution of sponsored segments.
Responsibilities:
Cultivate and maintain strong, positive relationships with Account Executives (AEs), clients, and Good Morning Texas (GMT) staff to facilitate effective collaboration and maximize client satisfaction.
Drive the development and execution of creative content solutions and client integrations, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance audience engagement and brand visibility.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the planning and execution of sponsored segments, events, and out-of-market projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and GMT's brand identity.
Take a proactive approach to task completion and communication, ensuring that clients are engaged and informed well in advance of deadlines and deliverables.
Diversify the client portfolio by exploring opportunities across various sectors and industries, contributing to revenue stability and content diversity.Engage in continuous dialogue with leadership to identify areas for growth, innovation, and improvement, driving the evolution of the sales and client relationship strategy.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, client relationship management, or marketing coordination, preferably within the broadcasting or media industry.
Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate complex projects and client integrations effectively.
Proactive mindset with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of providing clear direction and managing client expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Commitment to excellence and continuous improvement, with a keen interest in market trends and industry development.Benefits:
