    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr Lead Data Engineer to join our Digital Solutions Team.

    Responsibilities

    • Design, develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines, storage, and compute components using Azure Services
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and review MDM requirements and translate them into technical design documents
    • Perform data analysis and profiling using Collibra data quality platform to support Data Governance initiatives
    • Foster a culture of sharing, re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency of data and analytical solutions
    • Partner with Enterprise Architecture to develop detailed design documents that would be leveraged for development

    Minimum Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree
    • At least 5 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience
    • At least 1 year of lead experience OR Master's degree At least 3 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience At least 1 year of lead experience OR At least 8 years of data engineering, data quality and/or analytics or statistical analysis experience At least 1 year of lead experience

    Desired Skills

    • Hands-on experience with MDM tools like Informatica (IDMC/IICS), Reltio or Stibo STEP platform
    • Solid knowledge of data integration patterns, data matching techniques
    • Strong proficiency in PLSQL, Spark, PySpark, Python and Pandas
    • Hands-on experience in Azure Data Factory or Informatica Power center and any data quality tool (Informatica or Talend DQ, Trilium or Ataccama)
    • Experience with DevOps tools like Azure DevOps or Jenkins
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to understand business partner needs and deliver solutions
    • Intellectual curiosity to understand and answer questions Intellectual humility to leverage the expertise of others Exemplary organizational skills with attention to detail & accuracy Openness to working in agile environments with multiple stakeholders.
    • Professional attitude and service orientation; team player Good communication and collaboration skills
