The Server is responsible for providing excellent dining service to guests at our restaurant. Will greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, assist the guests with their food and beverage orders, and will ensure that all tables are served promptly and consistently. The ideal candidate will be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
Pay:
- We are a very busy restaurant, you are paid server minimum wage and will make tips on top of that. We do not pool tips, what you make is yours. Our customers are wonderful and appreciative. You will make good money here.
Essential Functions:
- Greet all guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, immediately beginning the process of determining their preferences for food, beverage, and service
- Provide table-side service to all guests using appropriate tableware and utensils
- Serve beverages including: tap water, alcoholic beverages, coffee, tea
- Maintain strict adherence to sanitation standards at all locations
- Maintain adherence to food and beverage allergies for all items served
- Maintain strict adherence to proper portioning of food and beverages
- Maintain adherence to proper portioning procedures for all items served
- Properly clean equipment used in serving such as silverware, dishes, glasses, etc.
- Cleaning of work stations at locations including; floors, walls, furniture, etc.
- Adherence to Sebastian, FL policies and procedures regarding food safety, food handling, sanitation and safety standards at all times
- Ability to learn new menu items and process orders efficiently
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks being completed at once.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
