Job summary
We are a boutique tax firm looking for a responsible tax season File Clerk/Admin to join our busy office during peak season.Your main tasks include receiving and assembling tax documents,
filing, answering phones,
distributing/posting incoming and outgoing mail.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain client files,
ensuring all documents are properly filed. - Manage incoming calls using multi-line phone systems,
providing excellent customer service and support.
