Job DescriptionWhat We Offer
Duties Include:
Backup phones and cashier
Post all vehicle deals daily
Report all new vehicle and certified used vehicle deliveries on Dealerworld and apply for any rebates daily
Record Extend Warranties and aftermarket items sold on remittance sheet and remit monthly
Figure and record sales commissions
Write closeout checks when deals are posted
Post payable invoices daily
Post warranity credit run
Schedules - Reconcile Rebate and Sublet schedules weekly
Other duties may be assigned
