    The Consumer Products division of this local Hasbro entity provides services for the licensing business of Hasbro International Inc. (HII). We are currently recruiting for this position, based in the local office in this market.

    The Predictive Analytics team at Hasbro is responsible for analytics in the domain of Entertainment, which includes all of Hasbro's own-produced content wherever we distribute it.

    The data ecosystem is complex and we are seeking a team member to help build a clear picture of how well our entertainment is working.

    Reporting to the Principal Analytics Engineer, the Data Analyst Entertainment Analytics will provide analytics, data visualizations and reports to stakeholders – which includes Digital Distribution (YouTube), Content Sales, Brand Marketing and Digital Content Production - that are seeking to make data-driven decisions.

    This person will translate the business requirements submitted by stakeholders into concrete deliverables, execute on these analyses, and report back the results in a manner that suggests a course of action.

    Responsibilities:

    Analyze large volumes of YouTube data to uncover meaningful insights related to content performance, audience engagement, and monetization opportunities.
    Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    Conduct analyses to address specific business questions, provide insights, and support decision-making.

    Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data requirements, manage their requests, and deliver actionable insights in a timely manner.

    Continuously monitor and evaluate data quality, ensuring accuracy and reliability of analytics outputs.
    Manipulate data from multiple sources across YouTube, Social, Linear TV, SVOD and AVOD.
    Qualified candidates will have

    :

    3+ years working as a Data Analyst or similar position preferably in media, entertainment, or tech.
    B.S. in a quantitative or social science field (e.g., comp science, engineering, economics), advanced degree preferred.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear and actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

    Ability to analyze YouTube/Social data, including understanding of metrics like views, watch time, engagement, revenue and CPM.
    Demonstrated ability to deliver on business research asks from plan to presentation, to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    Proven experience in building dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Studio.
    Proficiency in SQL and data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
    Knowledge of basic statistical analysis; functional understanding of advanced modeling techniques and programming languages (e.g. Python) is a plus.
    Knowledge of dbt, Jupyter notebooks and using AI to generate data models are a plus.
