Responsibilities For The Associate Director Of Finance Include

Site level accounting and finance support
Finance business partner to site leaders
Management accounting for local business area
Set and track KPIs for cost control
Lead month end close and reporting process
Partner with stakeholders to devise budget and forecasting
Business modelling and variance analysis
Product costing and pricing analysis
Analysis and decision support for contracts, project evaluation, strategic planning and business goal development
Local CAPEX evaluation

Requirements For The Associate Director Of Finance

A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business, CPA and or MBA preferred
More than Five years of finance experience
Prior exposure to manufacturing
Strong modelling skills

Compensation:
to $165,000 plus bonus and benefits
