Digital
Marketing
Manager
to develop and oversee the execution of our client's digital marketing strategies, as well as run the day-to-day operations and optimization of paid media and organic social media.
Our client, a public company located in Clearwater, is a global leader in the business-to-business distribution and wholesale industry operating worldwide in 3 continents.
This position is a high visibility role reporting to the VP of Marketing and will work closely with senior leadership.
Only local candidates residing within a commutable distance to Clearwater and willing to work onsite full time will be considered for the role. Travel up to 20% within the southeast is also a requirement.
Responsibilities:
Develop and oversee the implementation of digital media strategies that improve brand awareness, boost engagement, and drive conversions
Establish priorities and set campaign objectives, budget, and relevant KPIs
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to define realistic goals and identify more effective approaches to our digital marketing efforts
Create guidelines for content production to ensure uniform brand messaging across all digital channels
Track campaign analytics and translate data into actionable insights that will help optimize campaign performance and create more effective campaigns in the future
Prepare reports on campaign performance, behavior trends, or online traffic metrics and presents them to the rest of the team and senior leadership
Possess strong SEO, SEM and content marketing experience, including researching, planning and executing organic search campaigns
Forecast and identify trends and challenges
Deliver strong, clear communication to vendors and internal employees
Other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline
5+ years of digital media management, paid search, and performance marketing experience
Digital Marketing Certifications highly desired
Must have expert knowledge of established and emerging search, social and programmatic platforms
Must have demonstrated experience with lead generation campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, social (integrated digital media) and conversion rate optimization (CRO) tactics
Travel up to 20% within the southeast
Must reside with in a commutable distance to Clearwater – This is NOT a remote or virtual position – onsite full time required
