- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste.
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper
towels. - Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
- Removing stains from surfaces and carpets.
- Performing minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and repairing broken
fixtures. - Reporting any maintenance issues to the Director of Operations.
- Monitoring building security and ensuring doors and windows are properly locked.
- Ordering and restocking cleaning and maintenance supplies.
- Keeping inventory of supplies and notifying when replenishment is needed.
- Maintaining outdoor areas by picking up litter, sweeping walkways, and watering plants.
- Trimming bushes as needed.
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
- Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.
- Interacting with building occupants in a professional and courteous manner.
- Responding to cleaning requests or concerns from building occupants.
- Being willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on
the needs of the facility. - Assisting with special cleaning projects or tasks as needed.
- Ability to work an 8 hour evening shift from 3:00 - 11:00 PM
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 2 years prior experience in a similar role
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills.
- General chemical safety awareness.
- The ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift items that weigh 50lbs and above.
