    The Custodial Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facility, allowing our legal and administration teams to focus on client and employee satisfaction.

    The duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

    Cleaning:

    • Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
    • Dusting furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
    • Emptying trash cans and disposing of waste.
    • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies like soap, toilet paper, and paper
      towels.
    • Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
    • Removing stains from surfaces and carpets.

    Maintenance:

    • Performing minor repairs such as fixing leaky faucets, replacing light bulbs, and repairing broken
      fixtures.
    • Reporting any maintenance issues to the Director of Operations.
    • Monitoring building security and ensuring doors and windows are properly locked.

    Stocking Supplies:

    • Ordering and restocking cleaning and maintenance supplies.
    • Keeping inventory of supplies and notifying when replenishment is needed.

    Groundskeeping:

    • Maintaining outdoor areas by picking up litter, sweeping walkways, and watering plants.
    • Trimming bushes as needed.

    Following Safety Protocols:

    • Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals and equipment properly.
    • Reporting any safety hazards or incidents to supervisors.

    Customer Service:

    • Interacting with building occupants in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Responding to cleaning requests or concerns from building occupants.

    Flexibility:

    • Being willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends, depending on
      the needs of the facility.

    Teamwork:

    • Assisting with special cleaning projects or tasks as needed.
    What You Need:
    • Ability to work an 8 hour evening shift from 3:00 - 11:00 PM
    • High School Diploma or GED
    • At least 2 years prior experience in a similar role
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Strong customer service skills.
    • General chemical safety awareness.
    • The ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift items that weigh 50lbs and above.
