- Supporting Government Program Manager in managing multiple weapons systems.
- Reviewing and providing feedback on vendor design reviews and development processes.
- Developing modeling, simulation, and analysis strategies supporting program goals.
- Participating in engineering working groups and readiness reviews.
- Assisting in developing engineering technical documentation and reports.
- Establishing and maintaining a program filing system/database for technical documentation.
- Complying with engineering documentation standards and test procedures.
- Supporting program management and systems engineering processes and meetings.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, mathematics, or related technical field.
- Minimum five years' experience in engineering roles.
- Minimum five years' experience with integration and testing.
- Proficiency in creating compelling briefing products and excellent writing skills.
- Direct experience supporting U.S. Navy Weapons Systems acquisition programs.
- Active Top Secret security clearance.
- At least three years' prior experience with classified programs.
- Combination of theoretical, engineering, managerial, and field experience.

Systems Engineer Position
Position Responsibilities and Duties:
Supporting program execution and engineering processes by analyzing the system's performance, effectiveness, compatibility, and interoperability in a complex environment. Collaborating with the customer, functional management, project engineering, and program management to oversee the ongoing system performance in a multi-level security setup. Must have the ability to efficiently organize, schedule, and coordinate work phases and tasks. Essential skills include excellent oral and written communication, computer proficiency, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities. Previous experience in technical areas such as Weapon systems, RF Sensors, Material Analysis, Test and Verification, Operations, and Modeling and Simulation is desired.
