Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:

Offer foundational technical support in network/telecom services, providing assistance in routine tasks.
Assist with network and telecom projects and assignments.
Participate in basic monitoring and routine troubleshooting of infrastructure systems.
Collaborate with team members to address network/telecom infrastructure challenges and daily operational tasks.
Support the creation and maintenance of infrastructure documentation.
Develop and improve technical skills through on-the-job experience.
Show eagerness to learn and gain expertise in infrastructure services.
Follow established best practices and standards in infrastructure service delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or certification(s)
Typically, 1+ years of relevant work experience
Telecom admin knowledge/experience (PBX)
Network and telecommunications cabling experience
A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:

Relevant certifications, such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, are a plus
