    As the Senior Account Manager, you will support your assigned Account Executive and become responsible for managing the day to day tactical execution for assigned clients and accounts.

    This position must reside within the Pittsburgh division, and comes with unique challenges, responsibilities, and loads of creativity in the world of face-to-face marketing If you're looking to deliver best in show results and have exposure to the world of pharmaceuticals, read through and apply if this sounds like the opportunity for you Senior Account Manager Responsibilities In concert with the assigned Account Executive, provide necessary sales support for assigned clients while maintaining good client relations with all contactsTake responsibility of managing one account with regular yearly sales of $1,500,000 or greaterProvide day-to-day support to Account Executive in developing new business within current client programsInitiate / prepare job order documents and associated correspondence for all assigned accountsResponsible for reviewing all change order items to ensure all costs are accounted for and that they fall within the given project time constraints and project budget, including applying any service agreements that are in placeAssist in preparation of proposals from cost estimates for construction projects or services requestedResearch & gather appropriate information as it relates to delinquent account issuesUtilize strong customer service & conflict resolution skills combined with an ability to multi-taskPractice advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office SuiteAttend production meetings between sales staff & shop supervisionRequirementsSenior Account Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree and / or - 7 years of strong account management experience required- 5 years working with pharmaceutical organizations and product launches, or healthcare related accounts required.

    Tradeshow / Event industry experience preferredHighly organized, flexible and ability to work necessary hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environmentAbility to travel as needed for client obligations*This position must reside within the Pittsburgh office*#J-18808-Ljbffr
