This is a full-time role based in St. George, UT responsible for overseeing production elements of radio stations including commercials imaging and promotional content while delivering on-air performance.
The Production Director oversees creation scheduling and quality control of station production including commercial spots station imaging promos and special projects Responsibilities include producing editing voicing commercials imaging maintaining consistent audio quality brand standards managing production workflows to meet deadlines working closely with sales promotions programming teams translating creative concepts into effective audio content ensuring accuracy compliance delivering polished final products maintaining production equipment audio libraries schedules ensuring all content meets FCC company guidelines As an On-Air Personality this role delivers brief engaging format-appropriate on-air content supporting music-first listening experience executing clean music transitions adhering to format clocks delivering concise breaks reinforcing station branding without disrupting music flow Participating in promotions initiatives collaborating with programming staff adapting delivery style to different formats audiences dayparts assigned Responsibilities also include managing multiple projects meeting deadlines possessing strong communication collaboration skills attention detail commitment to audio quality familiarity FCC regulations broadcast standards ability work onsite maintain consistent schedule Qualifications prior radio experience commercial production station imaging proficiency audio editing software automation systems Adobe Audition Audio Vault equivalent Zetta RCS WideOrbit Music Master on-air experience preferred understanding format clocks pacing music flow manage multiple projects meet deadlines strong communication collaboration skills attention detail commitment audio quality familiar FCC regulations broadcast standards ability work onsite maintain consistent schedule Pay $42 $50 000 per year Benefits paid time off Application Question(s): Are you proficient Adobe Audition similar software editing programs Are you proficient Zetta NexGen similar radio broadcasting software Experience Radio Broadcasting 1 year Required Work Location In person
