Job summary

This role provides the highest level of clerical and administrative/secretarial support to a management level(s) and department or staff.
Under general supervision, performs general office duties such as answering and screening telephone calls, making appointments and scheduling meetings, processing mail and faxes,
initiating and composing correspondence, collecting, compiling and analyzing information and data,
performing higher level calculations and analyses.
