Job summary
We are seeking multiple Psychiatric Social Worker positions at Oregon State Hospital in Salem. As a psychiatric social worker you will provide hope safety and support in an individual's recovery and wellness by conducting initial psychosocial assessments readinginess to transition assessments prepare written social work reports to Risk Review the Psychiatric Security Review Board PSRB other partner agencies providing compassionate services with each patient on your caseload monitoring progress towards stated Social Work Interventions preparing for participates in court hearings testify as requested conduct recovery oriented skill building groups based on patients clinical needs discharge continuity of care planning for each patient based on service needs preferences available resources community.Qualifications
- Master Degree Social Work MSW
- Current Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW license OR Hold current Certified Social Work Associate CSWA license OR supply verification application submission Oregon Board of Behavioral Health Practitioners OBSB date appointment required qualifications visible application consideration.
