We are currently hiring a
*Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist*, to work in our *Care Coordination Services Agency.* As the
*Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist*, you would be responsible for:

• Engagement and outreach to people who use drugs
• Risk reduction education
• Linkage and navigation
• Brief assessment of client needs

Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist

• Minimum Salary: $38,000.00/year

*Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist

• Maximum Salary: $38,000.00/year

*Harm Reduction Outreach Specialist

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1-3 years' experience working with people who use drugs
