    Position Overview:


    As an Account Manager at STN Digital, your primary mission is to impeccably manage the execution of all client asks and projects.

    You will be instrumental in delivering what the client wants within scope, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and fostering long-term partnerships.


    Job Type:
    Full-Time (Remote)

    40 hours/week

    Salary Range:
    $48k - $75k


    Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.

    The actual compensation offer will take into account a wide range of factors, including location.

    Responsibilities:

    Client Relationship + Satisfaction:
    Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, nurturing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
    Proactively communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly.
    Execute assigned items from account leadership, ensuring timely delivery and quality output.
    Ensure all contractual obligations are met, delivering on agreed-upon services and deliverables.
    Assist in client retention and renewal efforts by consistently exceeding expectations and demonstrating value.

    Sales Efforts | Renewals + Upsells:
    Identify opportunities for upselling and work collaboratively with the sales team to capitalize on them.
    Assist in renewing contracts by showcasing the value delivered and presenting additional services or upgrades.

    Other day-to-day responsibilities include:
    Develop client-facing materials such as decks, ideation, etc., to support client meetings and presentations.
    Maintain client-facing education and strategy materials to keep clients informed and engaged.
    Participate in internal retrospectives to continuously improve processes and client experiences.
    Draft and send all call recap emails to clients, summarizing key points and action items.
    Manage all client communication and schedule necessary meetings daily/weekly to keep projects on track.
    Coordinate and manage the preparation for all live coverage needs, ensuring smooth execution.
    Identify and escalate upsell opportunities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.

    Required Skills & Experience:
    2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
    Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    Familiarity with sports and entertainment industry trends and social media platforms
