The Role
Isola is looking for experienced, high-energy Servers to join our team for the 2026 summer season. As an Isola Server, you aren't just taking orders—ened you are the curator of the guest experience. From explaining our Neapolitan pizza program to recommending the perfect pairing, you are the face of our hospitality.
We are looking for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and can maintain a "shore-cool" demeanor even when the waitlist is out the door.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Experience: Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly service from greeting to check-out.
- Menu Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of our food and beverage menus, including ingredients, prep methods (like our high-heat ovens), and daily specials.
- The Hustle: Manage a multi-table station with efficiency. We move fast in LBI, and our servers need to be masters of "full hands in, full hands out."
- Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the FOH Manager, food runners, and the kitchen to ensure timing is perfect.
- Side Work: Complete opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant is "Isola-ready" for every shift.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: At least 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume or upscale-casual environment. Seasonal "shore" experience is a huge plus.
- Personality: A naturally outgoing, hospitable "people person" who genuinely enjoys the service industry.
- Stamina: The ability to stay on your feet and stay positive during long, busy summer shifts.
- Availability: Must be available for the full season (May through September), including weekends and holidays.
