Who we are and where we're going:
We are rebranding "where boundaries dissolve podcast" and building the world's next best female empowerment podcast—a movement designed to liberate women from playing small.
We are breaking the "masculine rules" of business to redefine them through feminine leadership that is daring, playful, and vibrant.
Our 6-month mission is to grow to 50k listeners through raw, authentic storytelling and a radically transparent "behind the boundaries" vlog.
We aren't just making content; we are co-creating a path to the top from scratch.The Opportunity
This internship is an opportunity to be a founding creative partner in a high-performance, high-vibe media startup.
You'll have a greenfield to own the narrative arc of our long-form "masterpieces" and co-create short-form hooks for IG, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
You won't just be "cutting video"—you will be a psychologist of attention, using raw data to experiment with storytelling that moves the needle.

What You'll Do:
Own the Narrative:
Act as the lead storyteller for long-form video, deciding exactly when a viewer's brain wants to quit and using cuts, sound, or B-roll to pivot and lock them back in.
Retention Architecture:
Obsess over the Average View Duration (AVD) and aim for a 50% retention rate at the 50% mark of our videos.
Data-Driven Editing:
Analyze YouTube retention graphs to translate "dips" into creative fixes, increasing AVD by 20% each quarter.
Cross-Platform Collaboration:
Partner with the social media team to translate long-form emotional narratives into high-energy, native-platform short-form content.
Build Systems:
Help establish a production workflow that balances "behind the boundaries" chaos with high-performance output.

You are an Audio Obsessive:
You understand that sound is 70% of the video and use soundscapes and precision leveling to drive engagement.
You are AI-Agile:
You use AI to automate the "commodity" parts of editing (subtitles, audio cleanup) so you can spend 90% of your time on the creative edit.
You prefer to figure it out yourself: You are "hungry" and you thrive in a "no-system" environment and wants to co-create the path to the goal.
You defend creative decisions with data: You don't just have "taste"; you have the literacy to look at a graph and explain why a specific edit will keep the audience locked in.
You're a bachelor student, or recently graduated, or have relevant experience in editing
