Job summary
Cadrex is searching for a CNC Operator I who will operate both manual and CNC machines according to program and product specifications to produce small to medium sized components as either as a finished product or as part of another larger product to be assembled.Operates manual machines such as saws mills and lathes Positions parts in specified locations using a variety of fastening devices Operates hand-held tools electrical tools and/or pneumatic tools Uses precision measuring tools as required Verifies accuracy of completed product or batch inspections Reports defective materials discrepancies process malfunctions or completed products that are not in compliance with company and/or customer specifications to the Department Lead Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition follows prescribed safety regulations Completes all necessary paperwork as required including in process or carbon copy production sheets
