- Plan and execute daily living and dining needs for assigned resident group.
- Conduct rounds on assigned group to identify significant issues for intervention.
- Provide necessary interventions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Regularly check residents' skin condition and report findings to the Licensed Staff.
- Assist in repositioning residents requiring treatment.
- Take and record vital signs as directed. Aid with weekly and monthly weight measurements.
- Update electronic health records.
- Offer laundry, housekeeping, and dining assistance, including support during activities.
- Perform any additional tasks delegated by Licensed Staff, Director of Nursing, or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Capacity to organize, plan, and supervise resident care.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Demonstrate emotional, mental, and physical well-being with good judgment and high standards.
- Willingness to provide emergency care as needed for any resident.
- Ability to collaborate as a team member within the nursing department and other areas.
- Provide bedside care services according to facility policies and procedures.
- Adapt to on-the-job training and adhere to facility standards in personal care services, equipment handling, and aseptic techniques.
- Not excluded from Medicare and Medicaid programs.
- Maintains eligibility for Medicare and Medicaid program participation throughout employment.
- Participation in pre-employment and annual Tuberculosis screenings.
