    As the admission representative, you will provide post-event communications with prospective students to inform them about the application requirements and the admission process. You will counsel prospective students who visit the university to encourage them to apply and enroll. In this position, you are responsible for maintaining daily contact with prospective students via various forms of communication, participating in call campaigns to market and promote admission events, and providing portfolio counseling and feedback. You must maintain accurate data entry in Salesforce and assist in organizing recruitment events such as SCAD Days and summer programs. Additionally, you may help with other events, such as orientation, SCAD signature events, and commencement.

    In the role of admission representative, you will plan and execute special projects, act as a liaison between admission and assigned SCAD academic departments, and facilitate professional development opportunities for staff. You will be responsible for staying abreast of major internship opportunities, accolades, new classes, company visits, events, and all pertinent information within your assigned focus.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • SCAD experience
    Certificates, Licenses, and registrations:
    • Valid driver's license
    • Ability to pass a motor vehicle report
    Travel:
    • Less than 10%
    Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday. Most offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. To accommodate business needs, employees may be assigned to other workdays and/or hours, including weekends and evenings.
