    Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team. As a Mechanical Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of our products through thorough inspections and analysis. Your expertise in quality systems and management will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of excellence.

    RequirementsUtilize various measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to accurately measure dimensions
    Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or abnormalities in the products
    Analyze test data and inspection results to identify trends or areas for improvement
    Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
    Conduct quality audits to ensure adherence to quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) procedures
    Document inspection findings, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports for management review
    Performing and Approving the quality of raw materials before manufacturing begins
    Read and understand blueprints and specifications
    Monitor or observe operations to ensure that they meet production standards
    Accept or reject finished items
    Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
    Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
    Report inspection and test data
    Responsible for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.
    Perform Receiving, 1st Piece and In-Process Inspections for work in process during manufacture

    Requirements:
    At least 2 years of work experience or related work experience required
    Education – College degree or equivalent.

    Must have the ability to identify and resolve problems, effectively manage change and deal with conflict in a fast-paced environment.

    Able to perform First Article inspection in accordance with AS9100 in process and
    final inspection processes
    Knowledge of operating electronic inspection equipment, such as coordinate-measuring machines (CMMs) a plus
    Knowledge of MRP software systems and ERP system a plus.
    Working knowledge of ISO 9001, 5S and/or Lean Manufacturing
    Aerospace product knowledge a plus.
    Must be able to comply with ITAR regulations
