Job Summary::

Southwest Key seeks a highly skilled Lead Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect in Finance Technology and Processes to join our team. As a Lead Finance Solution Architect, you will design, implement, and maintain technology and processes that meet the finance departments goals and objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, Technology, and business stakeholders, to create a roadmap and execution and ensure that solutions align with business objectives.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify requirements, constraints, and dependencies related to financial systems and processes.
• Conduct assessments of existing systems, and processes identifying areas for improvement, and recommendations
• Ability to configure all Cloud ERP Financials applications, including General Ledger, Payables, Expenses, Assets & Receivables
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in all functional aspects of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials application solution design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and maintain relationships with technology vendors and external partners to stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and solutions
• Educate the end-user community as needed and/or Train the trainer approach.
• Create a roadmap, business case and long-term strategy for cost savings and increase user experience

• 10+ years of leadership experience in Finance Technology with Large scale organizations Organization Management with Teams of 5+ Members
• 2+ Years presenting to Executive management.
• Deep Understanding of all Finance business processes, including accounting and corporate reporting standards
• 10+ years of Oracle ERP Financials-related experience developing and architecting all aspects of ERP solutions using the Cloud Financials suite of products
• Involvement with a minimum of 2 full life cycle Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, Computer Science or related field

Preferred

• Cloud Financials Certified implementation professional
• Corporate FP&A or Accounting experience
• Bilingual (English - Spanish)
• Must possess a valid state drivers license and be eligible to drive to facilitate program services as required by contractual agreement.
• Required to work a flexible schedule to facilitate program services.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at the time of hire.

Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally and in writing to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending and twisting. Must be able to lift to 10 pounds. Must be able to drive either a personal or company vehicle.

• On-call availability and access, and periodic overtime.
• Sitting for extended periods.
• Unscheduled interruptions are to be expected during a typical workday.
• Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computing equipment.
• Some out-of-town travel will be required.

General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary and mostly involves sitting but may involve walking or standing for brief periods. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions frequenting computer uses at workstations for extended periods. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
