    Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants supporting our Orange County market and beyond As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team who is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners.

    This position will have a start date of July 1st and the first four weeks will be based in our Laguna Hills office. The role requires frequent travel throughout Orange, LA, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties.

    Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
    • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
    • 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to sit, walk, reach at waist level
    • Ability to reach from floor to, at or above shoulder leavel
    • Ability to routinely lift and move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
    • Schedule availability to run homeowner appointments on many evenings and weekends

    KEY SKILLS:

    • Proven track record of success, demonstrated by ranking as top-performing sales rep, awards received, and recognition received for exceeding sales targets.
    • Ability to build strong client relationships.
    • Keen understanding of consumer behavior and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • Strategic sales skills, including the ability to use different methods to negotiate and close sales.
    • High level of emotional intelligence; exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
    • Expertise in providing white-glove service and a positive brand experience.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
    • Tech savvy.

    SALARY INFORMATION:

    Paid training, $25/hour, is providing during the 10-week training period. Compensation is 100% commission-based (without base salary, hourly wage, or draw) once the 10-week training period has concluded.

    Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to work experience, education, geographic location, certifications, etc. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation package for your preferred rule during the hiring process.
