Job summary

The Employee Relations Partner is responsible for providing consistent, tactical Employee Relations consultation to Managers and Employees to resolve employee issues and advise on employee conflict resolution, disciplinary action and/or termination. They will conduct Human Resources (HR) related investigations to ensure that employee issues are resolved in adherence to all company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct and participate in all phases of local HR investigations.
  • Manage employee relations matters by providing supervisors and managers with policy interpretation regarding conflict resolutions, disciplinary actions,,and termination procedures.
