- Under general direction, performs a full scope of activities associated with the development of comprehensive recruiting and employment of new employees at all levels of jobs within the company
- Acts as internal staff consultant for line and staff management on employment matters assisting in evaluating applicant qualifications and selection of most qualified candidates.
- Participates in and formulates basic recommendations in the development of short and long range manpower and employment objectives.
- Reviews resumes and interviews and screens applicants for technical competence, applicable background and skills, individual goals and ability to fit in the organization and function effectively.
- Coordinates reference checks and evaluates reference data concerning previous employment record and makes employment recommendations.
- Establishes and maintains contact with a variety of potential applicant resources including search firms, governmental agencies, college placement centers, trade schools, and related organizations.
- Develops advertising campaigns, determining ad placement and coordinating advertising schedules in appropriate media. May provide technical leadership to lower level employment staff.

This perfect candidate will source candidates for Stuttgart, AR salaried roles and conduct a thorough phone screen. Then, they would present the candidate to HR and the Hiring Manager. The roles will be various professional and mid-management type roles. i.e. production supervisors, engineers, buyers, etc This perfect candidate needs to be a strong sourcer. Stuttgart, AR is a very challenging location. Finding creative ways to identify candidates will be important. ICims experience strongly preferred
