Program Manager (Enterprise Systems Transformation)Location:
Remote (Seattle area preferred) | Occasional onsite meetings
What we need:

- Strong systems + integration mindset (APIs, cross‑platform flows, vendors)
- Product‑minded leader who can connect teams, systems, and outcomes
We're seeking a senior Program Manager to support a large‑scale enterprise transformation focused on modernizing core systems and how products move across a complex ecosystem.
This role goes beyond execution. You'll operate at the enterprise level, ensuring end‑to‑end system and product flows continue to function as platforms evolve.Success requires strong technical fluency, a product mindset, and the ability to identify risks and gaps across internal systems, external partners, and API‑driven integrations.
You'll act as a strategic extension of senior leadership—driving clarity, alignment, and execution across a highly complex environment.Key Responsibilities
- Own enterprise‑level oversight of system and product flows across large transformation initiatives
- Connect Product, Engineering, Release, and external partners to ensure ecosystem continuity
- Maintain clear understanding of current‑state architecture, target‑state design, and transformation roadmap
- Assess downstream and upstream impacts of system changes and migrations
- Drive alignment across multiple teams and PMs, tying work to product and customer outcomes
- Partner with third‑party vendors to understand integrations, ownership, and risk areas
- Evaluate API integrations and cross‑system dependencies; identify gaps in flow or accountability
- Proactively surface and escalate risks, dependencies, and delivery blockers
- Ensure continuity of customer‑facing experiences during backend changes
- Translate complex technical realities into clear, actionable leadership updates
- Proven experience as a Program Manager at enterprise scale
- Background supporting large system transformations, platform modernization, or complex integrations
- Strong product mindset with the ability to understand end‑to‑end system flows
- Experience operating in multi‑team, multi‑vendor environments
- Technical fluency across system architecture, integrations, and APIs
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation skills
- Experience in telecom or large enterprise platforms
- Exposure to billing systems, claims ecosystems, or partner‑heavy environments
- Experience working alongside Release Engineering or large‑scale rollout efforts
