- Demonstrate and apply software engineering skills in appropriate programming languages on the appropriate platforms, mainly being the Microsoft Power Platform
- Integrate purchased applications
- Provide support and maintenance for existing applications.
- Participate in activities related to agile software development methodologies
- Collaborate with Key Stakeholders from the business, working closely with Product Owners and Product Managers to deliver value against roadmap
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the position.
- Schedule – Some nights and weekends with on call rotation to support business needs
- Travel – Occasional overnight travel to internal and industry events. Must have ability to travel independently as needed, without restriction by all modes of transportation, including car, plane, or train
- Bachelor's Degree in applicable field
- or equivalent Dot experience
- Practical experience working in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Advanced understanding of business processes and practices.
- Strong business analysis, project management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate value add and opportunity cost
- Experience in leading problem-solving teams (8 step, Agile, Mappings, etc.) and driving results.
- Lean Practitioner Certification.
