    Enterprise Operations Leader-Consumer Products (C-Suite)

    Overview

    Our client is entering a pivotal phase of growth and is seeking a strategic operations executive to architect the next stage of scale. This strategic leader will be responsible for transforming a high-performing organization into a fully integrated, systems-driven enterprise capable of sustaining significant revenue expansion over the next several years.

    The mandate is clear: build the operational foundation, infrastructure, and leadership capability necessary to support accelerated growth - while preserving culture, product excellence, and customer experience.

    This is not a maintenance role. It is a design-and-build opportunity.

    The Opportunity

    The selected executive will:

    • Create and institutionalize a modern operating model that aligns production, fulfillment, technology, and supply chain functions
    • Introduce data visibility and accountability frameworks that drive clarity across teams
    • Strengthen cross-functional integration to eliminate silos and increase execution velocity
    • Optimize production and distribution capabilities to support increasing volume without proportional cost growth
    • Enhance enterprise systems (ERP, commerce platforms, analytics tools) to enable real-time decision-making
    • Develop resilient sourcing and inventory strategies that balance availability with capital efficiency
    • Build and mentor a next-generation operations leadership team

    This role will work closely with executive peers across product, people, finance, and commercial functions to ensure alignment between strategic priorities and operational execution.

    Profile of the Ideal Candidate

    We are seeking a leader who combines operational rigor with cultural intelligence. The right individual will bring:

    • A demonstrated track record scaling operations through meaningful growth cycles
    • Experience within consumer products, manufacturing, or multi-channel distribution environments
    • Deep expertise in process architecture, systems integration, and enterprise technology implementation
